These power packs run from a 100-240v 50/60Hz input and produce a constant current output at up to the rated voltage (set by one or more series-connected LEDs). For example, the 10V 350mA unit will drive 1, 2 or 3 x 1-watt LEDs (each with a Vf ~= 3.3V).

Note: output lead polarity is not marked, just check the open circuit voltage with a meter before connecting the LED.
